COSRX Hydrium Watery Toner is a lightweight, soothing toner enriched with 6 types of hyaluronic acid, Vitamin B5 Panthenol and Allantoin. B5 Panthenol, is the key ingredient of the Hydrium line, has moisturising, regenerating, and anti-inflammatory effects, providing skin with long-lasting hydration to soothe and plump skin. Leaving a cooling sensation on the skin when applied and is quickly absorbed into the skin due to its watery texture.

How to use:

After cleansing, use this toner. Gently pat/massage toner into the skin to allow absorption.

**multipurpose use:

Mist –  you can spray on your face. Pour toner in a spray bottle and apply to the skin, when you feel dryness during the day.

Cleanser – Mix toner and water in 8:2 ratio, rinse your face, tap gently in order for it to be absorbed along the skin texture.

Toner sheet mask – If your skin feels extra dry and heated, soak the cotton pads with this toner and  apply to desired areas for 10 – 20 mins.
